Make some money while doing this experience report. Sign up to be a worker on a crowd platform (Upwork, Amazon Mechanical Turk, ClickWorkers, or any of the many other places for "microwork".) and do about an hour of work. In your write up, you can report on what kinds of tasks you preformed, how much you earned on each task, and how many tasks you completed overall. Keep track of time and calculate what you earned as an hourly wage and reflect on whether this seemed like a fair wage. Discuss one or more problems that you ran into while earning your hour of wages. What effect(s) do you think these problems had on the work you submitted? What effect(s) do you think these problems have on the “average” crowd worker? What ideas do you have on how to improve the crowd work platform based on your experience?

Write a short paragraph or two at most to reflect on the experience, and then post a comment to the Slack channel "week-5-experience-report" by class time on Feb 5.
